Our hiring process kicks off with a relaxed 30-minute chat over Google Meet. It’s all about getting to know each other – what you’re looking for, what we offer, and whether we’re the right fit. We’ll also cover key details like salary expectations and start dates. If there’s a spark, you’ll move on to a second interview, which may include a short presentation or pitch, depending on the role.

What are your working hours?
We operate on flexitime in both the UK and Australia, so you can start your day anytime between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and finish between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. This gives you the freedom to work when you’re most productive while keeping collaboration strong with the team.
