About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for our clients. This is a key role in our agency – you’ll be leading SEO strategies, optimising websites, and making sure our clients outrank the competition.

If you’re obsessed with technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and data-driven optimisation, and you want to work in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment, this is your chance.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic growth
✅ Conducting technical audits to improve site speed, indexing & crawlability
✅ Optimising on-page elements, metadata, and content structures for better rankings
✅ Running keyword research & competitive analysis to spot new opportunities
✅ Managing and executing link-building strategies for authority growth
✅ Collaborating with our PPC & CRO teams to align search strategies
✅ Staying ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search & industry trends
✅ Reporting on performance and making data-driven recommendations

What We’re Looking For

🔥 Proven experience driving organic search growth across industries
🔍 Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page & technical SEO best practices
📈 A data-driven mindset—comfortable creating reports & analysing trends
🛠️ Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog & Ahrefs
⚡ Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
